As part of the further growth of the organisation, we are now looking for a
(Senior-) Fundraising & Brand Manager (gn)
to contribute to our work.
A major part of the role will be working with our corporate partners, philanthropists and foundations, who form the ‘CEMUNE Global Circle’; to help shape the future of our organisation.

Your role

• Maintain trusted relationships with existing members of the CEMUNE Global Circle, including corporations, foundations, and philanthropists
• Expand the Global Circle through targeted development and implementation of an acquisition strategy
• Develop strategies to engage donors, partners, and stakeholders via events, digital content, newsletters, and personalized outreach
• Enhance CEMUNE's social media presence and brand to support the Global Circle's development
• Develop tailored funding and sponsorship projects collaboratively with the team and secure financial resources
• Analyze fundraising trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance strategies
• Manage administrative tasks, including contract management, to ensure smooth operations
• Represent CEMUNE at global sustainability conferences and official engagements
• Optionally develop skills as a trainer to enhance negotiation training capacity worldwide

Your profile

• University degree with 3–5 years of proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship, or related fields
• Background in sustainability is essential; experience in multilateral negotiations is a plus
• Experience in developing communication strategies for stakeholder engagement, including digital content creation
• Ability to manage complex projects and events successfully
• Outgoing personality with confidence in building relationships with senior decision-makers
• Service-oriented, sales-driven, and results-focused mindset
• Excellent English skills; good German skills are advantageous
• Willingness to travel occasionally to global conferences and events
• Work location: Greater Hamburg area or nearby (e.g., Berlin), with flexibility to work from Hamburg 1-2 days/week or remotely from London
