As a Rituals Customer Advisor, you will create memorable experiences for our customers through personalized advice, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming environment. Your role involves engaging with customers, listening to their needs, and guiding them through our product ranges, including offering relaxing hand massages at the water island. Your goal is to ensure customers leave satisfied and relaxed, feeling valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer advice and service, managing checkout, stock, inventory, and maintaining operational excellence.
• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of products, sales areas, back office, and warehouse in accordance with Rituals standards.
• Collaborating with team members and store managers on initiatives, training, and coaching to achieve store goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, cosmetics, fashion, hospitality, or related service industries; training as a retail salesperson is a plus but not required.
