About our client

Our client has one of the best-realised track records in the European market, with a mid-market strategy focused on Benelux, Scandinavia, the DACH region and Spain. The business is well funded and continuously looking to expand. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operator to drive the value creating measures within a key portfolio company that operates within the healthcare sector.

What the job involves

1. You will work alongside the CEO and senior management, building effective relationships to influence and achieve maximum value creation.
2. Assess key issues to further enhance performance, formulate actionable measures, and oversee their implementation.
3. Define strategic and operational planning, definition of targets, resource allocation to convert ideas into practice and achieve results.
4. Continuous measurement and feedback, ongoing project management and reporting.

Who we are looking for

1. You have gained experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, with significant knowledge in strategic planning, project management, operational improvement and change management.
2. Additional operational experience gained directly in industry or within a private-equity backed company.
3. Knowledge of the healthcare sector acquired during your consulting or industry experience is a must.
4. Ability to drive work, while being a confident team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and engage with senior management.
5. The role requires a balance between a structured, detailed approach and the flexibility to adapt as circumstances change.
6. Willingness to initially travel up to 4 days per week.
7. Native level German and very fluent English are essential, together with an international mindset.
