POSITION:
Solitude is seeking out a creative and motivated sous chef to join our talented food and beverage team. We are looking for someone who is interested in working up in the charming and sublime Utah Cottonwood Canyon mountains. The sous chef is responsible for providing supportive leadership to the kitchen and staff throughout food service. The sous chef will assist the head chef with all food production for day operations and monitor kitchen activities ensuring quality food presentation. This position will also require taking on additional responsibilities in the head chef's absence to ensure that kitchen has proper direction.
