As our Senior Innovation Manager Health, you will monitor technological advances, build relationships with internal stakeholders and the academic community, and evaluate opportunities to initiate and steer activities that bring innovative solutions to fields like microsurgery and medical technology.

You Will:

• Drive innovation in microsurgery (neuro/spine, ENT, dental) by identifying and evaluating opportunities at the intersection of desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Use your understanding of surgical workflows and technologies to identify unmet needs in collaboration with surgeons.
• Propose new projects within the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technology experts, and external partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to ZEISS's success through application expertise and understanding customer needs, initiating and steering development projects.
• Maintain a network of microsurgical surgeons.

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of surgical workflows and related technologies in microsurgery (neuro/spine, ENT, dental).
• Degree in medicine with medical product development interest or in medical engineering, data science, or economics with medical product interest.
• Proven experience managing research or development projects, preferably with international collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work efficiently and structured.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Passion for innovation, enthusiasm for new technologies, and enjoyment working in interdisciplinary teams.
