What Will Be Your Impact
  • Prospect accounts and identify new revenue opportunities through market research.
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects.
  • Cold call potential clients to introduce the company and qualify leads.
  • Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with decision-makers and start conversations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to share market insights.
  • Manage activities on SalesLoft to organize your pipeline.
  • Leverage video and media outreach to personalize communication and increase engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Native German and fluent English speakers.
  • Initiative-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoy challenges and eager to develop skills in a dynamic market.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Organized, precise, with excellent communication skills.
  • Creative mindset: sharing ideas, suggesting solutions, and innovating.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms).
  • Capable of multitasking and managing high outreach volumes without sacrificing quality.
