What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to German-speaking customers in the search engine and digital space.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with product inquiries, technical queries, and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain product knowledge and continuously learn about new technological advancements.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2) and comfortable with English (B2).
  • Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
  • A tech-savvy individual who enjoys solving technical issues and helping customers.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is a plus.
