YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a key part of the Integrated Business Planning team within Corporate Development.
• Lead and drive implementation projects across Dr. Oetker market countries.
• Design, implement, and improve processes, tools, and change management in our markets.
• Implement integrated planning processes (Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, etc.) according to the global IBP approach.
• Manage projects efficiently to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with local project teams to bring projects to life.
• Prepare, execute, and document multinational implementations, including reporting and analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure partner buy-in.
• Coordinate with international departments such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Controlling, and IT.
• Generate solutions to improve rollout and operational performance.
• Work closely with other corporate functions and external consultants.
• Lead overarching projects or special tasks related to IBP.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Master’s degree in business management or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment, preferably in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply, Controlling, or Transformation roles.
• Strong analytical, results-driven, reliable, and organized; problem solver.
• Understanding of business planning processes and their implementation.
• Openness to innovation and change, with the ability to handle resistance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and intercultural competence.
• Methodological expertise in project and change management, stakeholder management.
• Resilient and flexible working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English (spoken and written).
