Are you passionate about fashion, ambitious, and eager to start your career with an intensive and international sales talent program? Then our JJXX Sales Trainee Program is perfect for you!

More than just a trainee program! Every year, we launch the JJXX Sales Trainee Program in Denmark, offering a unique opportunity to start your career in an international team of 10 emerging talents. You will learn sales techniques, immerse yourself in our "Human Collection" philosophy, work closely with experienced colleagues, lead exciting projects, and communicate with international clients to achieve maximum sales results.

Location: Brande (Denmark) / Hamburg
Start: November 2025, full-time
Target participants: Entry-level professionals, graduates

What to Expect

1. International Experience: Half a year in Denmark (from November 2025), then return to Germany (Hamburg) with a permanent contract after a successful probation period (3 months).
2. Intensive Training: Modern sales techniques and deep product knowledge.
3. Real Responsibility: Active involvement in revenue generation and customer retention, working on digital sales approaches, and developing tailored product portfolios.
4. Mentorship and Feedback: Regular live meetings with Country Sales Managers for continuous development.
5. International Networking: The half-year in Denmark is your chance to connect with global teams and clients before driving sales strategies in Hamburg.

Your Profile

1. Experience: Prior sales experience and product knowledge in fashion are advantageous.
2. Working Style: Solution-oriented, open, entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to travel, excellent communication skills, and strong business sense.
3. Personality: Energetic, proactive, motivated, with a passion for sales.
4. Additional: Valid driver’s license, fluent German and English skills.
