We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of local tax solutions for our international clients. You will work alongside a highly motivated team of software engineers, product managers, and academics implementing change in the financial industry.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Take charge of the product development process from discovery to launch, focusing on developing local tax solutions for international markets.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Craft and implement a product strategy that aligns with client needs across different jurisdictions and scalable long-term goals.
- Client Experience: Enhance user interaction by ensuring that local taxation processes are intuitively integrated into our product offerings, meeting the complex needs of our international clients.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage and coordinate efforts with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless integration and compliance with capital market standards.
- Delivery Management: Coordinate resources, create timelines, and manage dependencies across teams to ensure optimal delivery of products.
- Agile Methodologies: Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development, facilitating regular ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs to enhance collaboration and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Keen interest in the international taxation of clients' capital gains on their financial products.
- Experience in product management, ideally in the capital markets or banking domains.
- A natural curiosity that drives you to explore complex topics with multiple interdependencies and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
- Utmost attention to detail and a culture of excellence.
- Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience—software engineers, stakeholders, or executives.
- Hands-on mentality: from ideation and research to prototype and user story creation.
- Experience with common agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and similar applications.
- Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary).
