TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

In the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank to the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You are not just support, but also the first line of protection, preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat & email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Be an ambassador of our client
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and show empathy
• Work towards targets set by the client and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong communication, soft skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to work under stress and challenging situations
• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability
• EU citizenship, EU passport, or valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate
