This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that is the largest hospitality group procurement organization globally and an integral division within Hilton. HSM manages the supply chain of hotels, both Hilton as non-Hilton branded hotels. With more than 17,000 hotels in our program (including over 9,000 non-Hilton-branded hotels), HSM drives economies of scale and negotiates competitive contracts with industry-leading suppliers – ensuring direct savings on the product & services for hotel partners and being a value-add partner on all levels.

Reporting to the Senior Director Business Development EMEA for Hilton Supply Management, you will oversee business development including lead generation, pitch and close out on new business. You will also be responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting strategic international accounts to drive revenue and market share growth for HSM.

This is a hybrid role. Candidates will need to be based nearby our European Corporate/Area Offices in Paris (France), Frankfurt (Germany), Amsterdam (The Netherlands) or Watford (United Kingdom).

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  • You will be responsible for driving international business development by signing new ownership groups, management companies, and hotel operators onto HSM programs.
  • This role focuses on new business acquisition and managing selected strategic relationships at a corporate level across multiple regions.
  • We are seeking an individual with strong leadership and business acumen to drive business development and sales.

You will demonstrate success through the following skills:

  • To succeed, you must be a proactive sales professional who goes beyond deal-making—someone who builds strong networks, identifies quality opportunities, and thrives in a matrix organization. You will have agoal-oriented focus, drive growth and are a self-starter.
  • You will own the strategic corporate relationship with key accounts, supporting their growth, improving profitability, and expanding HSM’s footprint across regions. Day-to-day account management and in-market sales activities are handled by local and regional teams, whom you will support in a collaborative capacity
  • You will be great in relationship building, analytical thinking as well as communication and persuasion.
  • And you'll be an active listener with empathy, resilience & persistence.
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Have relevant (ideally 5+ years) experience in a Sales & Account Management role within a corporate/matrix organization, preferably within B2B, and have affinity to hospitality and procurement.
  • Be fluent (both oral and in writing) in English and one other European language (ideally German or French).
  • Ability to travel: approximate travel requirement is up-to 60%, largely Europe.
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills to secure favourable terms, win-win outcomes & close deals.
  • Highly collaborative and positive mindset.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s/Master's degree preferred.
