As a high-performing HR sales expert at LHH, you are the go-to person for clients in times of need. You will confidently sell Talent Solutions to senior executives, applying your sharp business insight and understanding as you present LHH solutions to enterprise clients and prospects within the German market. You will have subject matter expert support across LHH’s suite of services, enabling you to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions.

Role Purpose

This person will be accountable for converting new business and expanding the range of clients across LHH’s CTM/L&D solutions portfolio.

Major Accountabilities
  • Develop a sales strategy to increase share of wallet across prospects and convert new business.
  • Translate HR/talent requirements into business-driven LHH solutions aligned with client strategies.
  • Build strong internal relationships across functional groups within LHH.
Key Accountabilities
  • Selling CTM & LD talent management services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Managing the sales process from strategy to execution.
  • Developing solution proposals encompassing LHH’s suite of solutions.
  • Participating in development, presentation, and closing of sales.
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Identifying and developing strategic alignments with colleagues, SMEs, and influencers to win new business.
  • Handling complex, non-routine sales involving understanding HR buying centers and advanced business skills.
  • Demonstrating a successful track record in complex selling and penetrating accounts.
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing virtual global teams.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, along with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
All About You
  • Experience in selling customized business solutions within consulting, HR, talent management, coaching, HRIS, assessments, change management, or workforce transformation.
  • Experience with various sales techniques including face-to-face, social selling, and large presentations.
  • Background in selling across all lines of business within large organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead sales, influence virtual teams, and execute successful strategies.
  • Experience in hunting for new business and prospecting over large territories (minimum 3 years).
