Job Overview

As the European Offline Channel Director , you will oversee the development of the company’s offline distribution network for consumer energy storage products (e.g., balcony storage systems, portable power stations) across Europe, with a primary focus on Germany . By partnering with distributors, you will expand channels covering supermarkets and building material retailers, driving market share growth, revenue targets, and brand influence. Reporting to China HQ, you will leverage German distribution expertise to ensure rapid market penetration and long-term competitiveness in the consumer storage sector.

Core Responsibilities

1. Offline Distribution Expansion

  • Develop distribution strategies for consumer storage products in Germany and Europe, recruiting and managing distributors to reach supermarkets, DIY retailers, electric companies, etc..
  • Build strategic distributor partnerships to drive balcony storage market penetration.
  • Optimize distributor inventory, logistics, and pricing systems to ensure efficiency and end-consumer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain consumer storage distribution networks in Germany and Europe, setting distributor policies and incentives.
  • Oversee distributor operations, optimizing supply chain and logistics.
  • Coordinate with China HQ to localize products for German consumer needs.
  • Resolve conflicts between distributors and retail channels, improving efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Build and lead a localized European team covering distribution management, marketing, and operations, familiar with 3C consumer markets.
  • Implement performance evaluation systems, fostering high-potential talent.
  • Align China HQ and European teams to execute cross-regional projects.

4. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Define a 3-5-year distribution plan for consumer storage in Europe, breaking down annual / quarterly targets.
  • Monitor P&L, ensuring revenue, profit, and market share goals.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience : 10+ years in international market management, with 5+ years leading offline distribution channels for consumer products (3C electronics or appliances) in Germany / Europe.
  • Proven Success : Led consumer product distribution through distributors in Germany (e.g., supermarkets, building material retailers) from scratch or achieved 30%+ annual growth, with successful partnerships.
  • Language Skills : Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for HQ communication, fluent in English, and fluent in German (localization, is a plus).
