You are a passionate host who approaches our international guests with warmth, openness, and professionalism to make their events memorable. You possess organizational talent, maintain an overview in complex situations, and find solutions quickly. Whether managing multiple events simultaneously or handling administrative tasks, you stay composed and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the main contact for the organizer from welcome to farewell during events
  • Managing on-site changes
  • Handling guest requests and complaints with a cool head and creative solutions
  • Ensuring smooth event operations through meetings and coordination with other departments
  • Managing administrative tasks such as deliveries and signage
  • Interacting with guests and assisting with service when needed
  • Communicating clearly with superiors and team members, demonstrating teamwork
