Responsibilities

1. As a Detail Designer, you will be responsible for the constructive implementation of solution proposals into drafts and documents (creation of drawings, bill of materials, etc.). The further development of these documents is part of your tasks.
2. You will set guidelines for the implementation of work packages for the detail designers.
3. You will coordinate internal processes and oversee work results.
4. You will create production-ready drawings and bills of materials across departments and disciplines.
5. You will conduct technical clarifications within your department and across disciplines.
6. You will maintain constant communication with the commissioning specialist groups.
7. You will input data into complex IT systems (PLM/Ahoi, Siemens Teamcenter, SAP, MS-Access, etc.).

Qualifications

1. Training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician.
2. At least 1 year of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
3. Experience in the creation and management of construction documents.
4. Experience in leading without personnel responsibility.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
6. Knowledge of Siemens NX and shipyard-specific IT/CAD/CAM/CAE skills.
7. Enjoyment in teamwork, high problem-solving skills, and a structured, solution-oriented work approach.
8. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
