To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  2. Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails.
  3. Deliver best-in-class customer service with a strong understanding of e-commerce business.
  4. Continuously improve internal processes.
  5. Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
WHO YOU ARE
  1. Native-level verbal and written proficiency in US or UK English; additional languages are a plus.
  2. Previous experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  3. Conscientious in handling customer data.
  4. Flexible, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
  5. Proactive with good organizational and time management skills.
