The Role

Our Verōnika Server is an advocate and ambassador of service excellence, understanding the importance of exceeding and maintaining service expectations for the success of Verōnika Restaurant. The Server provides kind, knowledgeable, and humble hospitality, with warmth and grace in every interaction with members and guests. Reporting to the Verōnika Restaurant Manager and General Manager, the role involves all aspects of floor service operations, especially the detailed execution of the Verōnika Sequence of Service. The Server represents Verōnika Restaurant & Bar with hospitality and generosity in every interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Server or similar role in luxury hospitality, food, and beverage environments.
• Deep knowledge of all Verōnika food and beverage menu items; ensure consistent quality meeting high standards.
• Thorough execution of the Sequence of Service, from greeting to payment, accurately and timely.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, assist in developing operating procedures, and support other areas as needed.
• Solution-oriented with attention to detail, building and delivering memorable moments for guests.
• Experience in high-end restaurant operations setup, service, and pack-down, especially in entertainment venues.
• Consistently provide thoughtful, personal service to foster rapport with members and guests.
• Promote a positive work environment, respecting diversity and teamwork.
• Attend scheduled training to maintain product knowledge and professionalism.
• Follow service standards, continuously improving service delivery, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Participate in operational meetings for effective coordination between departments.
• Work efficiently under deadlines, proactive, creative in problem-solving.
• Communicate clearly and take initiative to resolve issues, ensuring a positive guest experience.
