What's exciting about the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Prepare offers and contracts for new and existing customers.
  2. Provide daily support to a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  3. Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to generate new business.
  4. Assist with payment terminal exchanges and ensure smooth transitions for customers.
  5. Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service across all segments.
  7. Analyze customer interactions and compile detailed visit reports.
  8. Create and maintain customer reports to support decision-making.
  9. Update and manage master data in the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy.
  10. Collaborate closely with a telesales agency to enhance customer outreach.
