What You’ll Do

  1. Lead HR operations for CH/DE, including payroll & controlling, benefits, and full employee lifecycle administration with a focus on compliance and process optimization.
  2. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new and departing employees.
  3. Oversee office operations in Berlin, including vendor management, supplies, and events.
  4. Support employees and managers with HR questions, policy guidance, and daily People support.
  5. Maintain HR systems like BambooHR, ensuring data accuracy, privacy compliance, and system integrity.
  6. Utilize HR data to generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making.

What You Bring

  1. Experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles, preferably in Switzerland and Germany.
  2. Knowledge of payroll, labor law compliance, and HR administration best practices.
  3. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  4. Familiarity with HR tools such as BambooHR, Culture Amp, and Jira is a plus.
  5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  6. Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
  7. Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
