Responsibilities :

1. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
2. Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
3. Proactively reach out to employees to invite them to individual coaching or group sessions/workshops.
4. Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, team building activities, aligned with department objectives.
5. Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
6. Create and implement action plans to improve employee wellbeing.
7. Lead assigned projects or activities within the wellbeing team.
8. Monitor, collect, evaluate, and report data on employee progress.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
• At least 3 years of experience working with clients facing mental health challenges.
• Licensed as a Psychological Psychotherapist (BPD) or EuroPsy certification.
• Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in common office software applications.
• Strong communication skills, with emphasis on listening and empathy.
• Experience conducting interviews is advantageous.
• High discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and high motivation.
• Location in or willingness to relocate to Essen, Germany.
