Position: Team Lead IT Workplace Services with MS Intune (m/f/d)

As the Team Lead for IT Workplace Services (m/f/d), you will support the Head of IT Service Delivery by managing a dedicated internal team of three. Your main goal will be to optimize and automate our Workplace Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the professional and disciplinary aspects of the Workplace Services team (2nd Level Administration)
• Support your team’s expertise and foster their professional and personal growth
• Develop strategies to optimize and automate client management processes for Windows and MacOS in Microsoft Intune
• Drive automation of software distribution and end device management to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
• Monitor market trends to identify emerging technologies
• Collaborate with security teams to maintain system security
• Coordinate development and integration of software and hardware, ensuring consistent architecture
• Assist with hardware/software rollouts and project planning

Your Profile

• Degree in IT or apprenticeship as an IT specialist, or comparable technical training with an IT focus
• Minimum 5 years in IT management, especially in workplace and client management
• Experience in leading teams, including personnel development and motivation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune administration (MDM, software distribution, device setup, security policies)
• Experience managing INCs, requests, and the CMDB in ServiceNow
• Successful track record in managing IT projects, with relevant certifications such as ITIL v4
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
• High motivation, innovative spirit, and willingness to take responsibility
• Proficiency in German and good English skills required
