    About the Role

    We’re seeking a German-speaking experienced marketing leader to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth in Germany. This strategic and execution-focused role involves working closely with sales, GTM, central marketing, and content teams to build engaging, converting campaigns.

    This position reports to the EMEA Demand Gen Director based in London and can be based in Germany (Berlin or Munich or remote), Dublin, or London.

    Language Requirements

    Fluent in German and English

    What you will do

    1. Develop and execute demand generation campaigns tailored to the region
    2. Own content strategy and execution, collaborating with sales and marketing to produce relevant, localized content that resonates with prospects and customers
    3. Launch multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, events, ABM) to increase awareness and generate qualified pipeline
    4. Support local events and field marketing efforts
    5. Lead the overall marketing strategy in Germany

    What you will need

    1. Native or fluent German speaker
    2. At least 7 years of full-stack marketing experience in Germany / DACH region
    3. Proven success in running demand generation campaigns
    4. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (SFDC, Outreach, etc.)
    5. Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize strategies
    6. Ability to collaborate across teams to execute impactful campaigns
