What we offer

We are seeking a Trainee in Business Management GKA CONTI & VITESCO to join our growing team. As a Trainee, you will be fully integrated into the Supply Chain team and will support our international customer service team, global customers, and multiple departments within ST.

During the 2-year trainee program, you will learn, grow, and take ownership of supporting challenging and business-focused tasks. Our program offers hands-on experience across multiple departments and domains within our site in Germany and abroad. You will have the opportunity to shape your career path by working with various customers and teams within our Supply Chain, Sales, & Marketing departments, and international sites.

Your first assignment will be with the Business Management GKA CONTI & VITESCO team, where you will influence ST's reputation as a technology leader by collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, expertise, cultures, and countries.

Main responsibilities and experiences include:

• Managing a business perimeter to support revenue targets through key tasks
• Managing sales KPIs, analyzing revenue, orders, and market trends
• Providing data analysis and reporting for decision-making
• Contributing to business process innovation
• Coordinating and consolidating business tasks
• Ensuring accurate customer demand through defined processes
• Performing data-driven analytics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
• Monitoring KPIs and collaborating to close gaps

Profile

What we are looking for:

• Degree (Bachelor, MBA, MSc), preferably in Science (Engineering or related) or Business
• Understanding of automotive market and customer landscape
• Knowledge of PowerBI and MS365

• Passion for high-tech topics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; German, French, or Italian is a plus
