Corporate German Language Trainer (Work from Home)

We are seeking engaging, energetic, and intelligent individuals from diverse backgrounds to help transform our clients' communication skills and enhance their competitiveness in today's dynamic business environment.

We need passionate teachers/trainers who can bring excitement to the learning experience.

As a trainer, you will conduct live online lessons for our clients, who are mainly business professionals and executives.

On any given day, you may teach CEOs, senior managers of top companies, scientists, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals from highly specialized fields.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver live video training sessions to individual learners or groups.
2. Write lesson reports to document session content for learner groups.

Qualifications

1. College or Bachelor’s Degree required.
2. At least 3 years of corporate experience and/or 1 year of teaching experience.
3. Excellent communication skills in German and English (oral and written).
4. Willing to teach video classes and comfortable using online teaching platforms.
5. Having a quiet, dedicated workspace.
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
7. Editing and proofreading skills are advantageous.
8. Energetic, pleasant, engaging, open-minded, and eager to learn.
9. Technical and work environment requirements: dedicated quiet workspace, PC or Mac, noise-cancelling headset with microphone, webcam, and high-speed internet.
10. Minimum system requirements include Windows 10 or newer, Mac with M1 chip, 8 GB RAM, 20 GB free disk space, and internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and upload.
