A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We focus on market-leading products like the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our community of experts committed to providing quality, affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany as a remote position, with opportunities to work across Germany and Western Europe. Travel will constitute 80-100% of the role, offering diverse market experience and international networking opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan training programs with the Sales Manager and other teams for customer education
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures
  • Assist sales and marketing teams during product presentations and launches
  • Report on account activity, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Collect and report customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
  • Complete administrative tasks such as activity reports for the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in a hospital operating room environment, is highly valued.
