Account Executive (m/f/d) Retail in Germany

Your mission: The Account Executive is responsible for managing large accounts through farming (up-sell and cross-sell) and delivery. Your role involves driving profitable growth by developing strategic relationships with decision makers, creating sales success stories, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent delivery.

Your tasks include:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with decision makers and influencers in the account, becoming a trusted IT advisor.
  • Building a network of referable contacts and developing strategic account plans.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and leading account strategy and planning.
  • Mentoring and nurturing future leaders within the account team.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and quality of experience.
  • Coordinating cross-geographic project management and delivery execution.
  • Monitoring key metrics and implementing initiatives for cost optimization and service improvement.
  • Showcasing Wipro’s solutions as strategic fits through workshops, presentations, and meetings.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 10 years managing large accounts in IT professional services.
  • Experience with global service delivery models.
  • Strong background in Application Services and Digital Transformation Services.
  • Preferred domain expertise.
  • Ability to work with offshore models.
  • Fluency in English and German is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing accounts of 15+ million.
