Nutrafine Health is looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Agent to lead its expansion into the German market . This role is crucial in establishing Nutrafine Health’s presence in one of Europe’s largest and most health-conscious economies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the German nutraceutical industry, regulatory landscape, and distribution networks , along with a proven ability to drive sales and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to introduce Nutrafine Health’s products to key retail and distribution channels across Germany.
  • Sales Growth : Secure and grow sales through pharmacies, health stores, e-commerce platforms, and major retail chains .
  • Retail & Distribution Partnerships : Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, independent health stores, and national retailers to maximize market reach.
  • Brand Representation : Represent Nutrafine Health at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings , showcasing the brand’s values and innovative product portfolio.
  • Localized Marketing Support : Work closely with Nutrafine Health’s marketing team to develop and execute market-specific campaigns, promotions, and product launches .
  • Market Insights & Reporting : Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and competitor insights to Nutrafine Health’s headquarters to optimize business strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a sales agent, distributor, or business development professional in the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or health and wellness sector .
  • Strong understanding of the German market, including consumer trends and distribution networks .
  • Established network with major retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce platforms in Germany.
  • Familiarity with German and EU regulatory standards (e.g., BfR, EFSA) for dietary supplements .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-motivated, results-driven approach .
  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
