Could you be the Site Facility & Employee Engagement Manager (f/m/d) in Berlin we’re looking for?

Your Future Role

Ernst-Reuter-Platz 6, in the heart of Berlin, is home to Alstom's DACH regional headquarters. Up to 500 colleagues of more than 40 nationalities work here, focusing on project management, business development, and regional strategy, with a special emphasis on rail digitalisation. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Merlin von Godin and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for building management and managing the reception area
• Ensure an attractive employee location and innovative customer representation
• Manage the site team technically and disciplinarily
• Participate in regular dialogue with the works council regarding the site situation
• Conduct safety tours, construction site audits, ASUA and EHS audits (IRIS, ISO 14001/45001/9001), and inventories
• Approve orders (eBuy/GLink), invoices, and travel bookings (Concur) related to the location and oversee the site budget
• Organize events (AEM, visits, etc.)
• Ensure site security through ICQ-Control system managers
• Ensure compliance with statutory working time regulations (time management)

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in project management or as a management assistant
• Creativity, proactivity, and a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, cooperative, and team-oriented
• Excellent German and English language skills
