Position : Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - FULLY REMOTE WITHIN GREECE

Location : Fully Remote from Anywhere in Greece

What You'll Be Doing :

Join our international customer support team and assist travelers via phone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions
• Providing top-notch support—no sales, just friendly help!
• Working with a fun and supportive team
• Rotative shifts from 08:00 to 23:00, Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day / 5 days per week

What You Need :

• Fluency in German (spoken and written)
• Good level of English for internal communication
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

Salary & Benefits :

• €1380 gross/month + bonuses; 14 salaries per year
