About the Team

Our sales organization drives Workday’s growth in the DACH region. This team of dedicated professionals guides customers to move beyond legacy systems to our enterprise management cloud, focusing on delivering long-term value and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to create innovative experiences within a global, high-growth SaaS organization that values its employees and customers. Located in Munich at Streitfeldstrasse near S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring, the role involves supporting strategic tasks approximately 20 hours per week during semesters and holidays.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting demand generation planning and account planning to foster business growth
  • Assisting in creating demand assets and collaborating on campaigns and events
  • Facilitating sales program management and supporting internal communications
  • Preparing for customer meetings and assisting with proposal documents

About You

  • Currently enrolled in a university or applied sciences program, studying business informatics, administration, marketing, media design, psychology, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex processes
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (business fluent)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; Salesforce/CRM experience is a plus
