Job Description:

Your Tasks

• Develop and communicate program vision and roadmap
• Gain an in-depth understanding of users and gather key insights that will shape the product
• Create lean business cases for initiative epics
• Lead initiatives from design to successful implementation
• Define features that meet business requirements
• Break down features into domain effort and enable product owners to break down into team effort
• Prioritize features / domain epics in an objective and transparent way
• Participate in program increment planning
• Ensure new and redesigned (blueprint) processes are efficient and effective
• Ensure product document is accurate and complete
• Ensure new features are accepted and deployed efficiently, effectively and timely

Your Profile

• Master degree in technical supply chain management, logistics, business administration or equivalent
• Proven experience in logistics / warehousing and working with country organizations
• Proven hands-on experience in warehouse management systems in Tier 1, 2, and 3
• Experience in omnichannel environments
• Profound experience in leading agile teams
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing as well as rapid prototyping and analytics
• Entrepreneurial attitude, drive to solve issues and make processes sound
• Be a team player with strong communication skills and experienced ability to clearly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with Blue Yonder or other leading WMS systems
• Very fluent professional English, fluent in German desirable, other languages welcome
