We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Partner for Germany.

What You Will Do:

  1. Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services.
  2. Understand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and prepare proposals.
  3. Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements.
  4. Work efficiently with Talent Partners to source the right candidate for the right job.
  5. Utilize Workforce Global CRM tool to follow up on clients and provide regular reports.
  6. Represent Workforce Global with a professional attitude.

This is a fully commission-based opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate and professional recruitment company. This is a remote position.
