Job Description:

Role Overview

As a Technology Lead, you will engage with key stakeholders, apply your technical expertise across the Software Development Life Cycle, and contribute to high-level design artifacts. You will deliver quality code, lead testing validation, and support activities during implementation and transition. We foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver DSE, MIP/Workshops, and Custom Transactional Engagements through outsourced staff.
  • Support customer technical needs and update skills in relevant technologies.

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years of troubleshooting experience in IT retail or tech support, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong technical writing and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with VoIP call quality issues, networking protocols (Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP).
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Session Border Controllers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Teams voice calling plans, and enterprise UC solutions.
  • Ability to analyze network data with tools like Wireshark or Fiddler.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Certifications (Desirable)

  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Support Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: Collaboration Systems Engineer

Preferred Skills

  • VoIP troubleshooting, network tech expertise, extensive Windows support experience.
