Job Title: Head of Finance at SAP Fioneer

As the Head of Finance at SAP Fioneer, you will be a key driver of our financial and accounting processes. You will oversee all financial functions, including bookkeeping, accounting, and tax. You will work directly with the CFO and collaborate closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations that support our global business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the finance function and manage a team of finance professionals.

3. Oversee financial reporting for 21 entities across 17 countries, according to IFRS and Local GAAP.
4. Handle bookkeeping, accounting, and tax compliance.
5. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the management team.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiencies.
8. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and identify risks and opportunities.
9. Potential to expand the team in the future; currently managing over 30 professionals globally.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and HGB (local GAAP).
• Experience in the software or service industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive financial strategy and performance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluency in English and German.
