What will you do?

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will join a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists dedicated to delivering digital business capabilities powered by ServiceNow. We are a global strategic partner, ensuring clients maximize value from the platform. Our services include advisory, implementation, custom app development, and support, all centered around ServiceNow.

You will work on high-impact projects for large organizations across various industries, with a mix of remote, office, and client-site work. Your role involves automating business processes through innovative platform applications, delivering real value to customers.

We support your growth with continuous training via our 4Academy, focusing on your skills and development in PaaS. Your tasks may include:

• Translating functional requirements into technical designs, focusing on performance, maintainability, and upgradability
• Ensuring quality based on prescribed designs
• Creating solution designs following ServiceNow best practices and internal guidelines
• Supporting the development, implementation, and support of our branded products built on Now
• Guiding Junior Consultants to adhere to implementation standards

We ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Over 3 years of ServiceNow experience as a Technical Consultant
• Strong analytical skills
• Full professional proficiency in English and German; French is a plus
• Good communication skills and result-oriented mindset
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for technology
• Living in or willing to relocate to Germany
• Willingness to travel within Germany
