Your tasks

As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our hardware products. You will have end-to-end accountability, from defining the vision and roadmap to ensuring the successful delivery of the product increment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Visionary Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product, considering the needs of both customers and stakeholders. Take ownership of the product's entire lifecycle, including pricing strategies and return on investment.
2. User Story Translation: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their business requirements, and then translate these into comprehensive and actionable user stories for the development team. Your efficient and clear writing will be instrumental in guiding the team's success.
3. Scope and Schedule Management: Work closely with Product Management and the development team to define the scope and schedule for product releases. Your ability to prioritize and align resources effectively will ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Quality Assurance: Approve the product increment delivered by the development team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and is ready for release to customers. Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee an exceptional user experience.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Proactively collaborate with various teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to provide product vision, direction, and priorities. Your ability to foster strong relationships and communicate effectively will be vital in driving alignment across departments.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record of several years as a Product Owner (m/f/d), preferably in the MedTech industry, focusing on hardware products and IoT automation devices. Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams is essential.
• Agile Mindset: Passion for Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of their principles. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and embrace an iterative approach. Experience with SAFe at inveox is a plus.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. Dedication to delivering solutions that address these needs will drive product success.
• Excellent Communication: Fluency in English and German, with outstanding written and oral skills. Ability to articulate product vision, requirements, and priorities clearly and influence others effectively.
• Results-Oriented: Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring successful delivery. Driven to achieve tangible results and complete projects efficiently.
