Together with your team, you will own the reporting process as an interface between Accounting / External Financial Reporting and Global Finance Business Partners within the corporate R2R process.
- You are accountable for the fulfillment and coordination of all regular BPA management / internal reporting tasks and ensure all relevant reports to internal and external stakeholders are available on time and of the right quality.
- You will coordinate selected global month-end closing processes, such as accruals, and lead the monthly business review process to drive performance and identify risks.
- You review steering information, analyze causes and effects, and derive decision needs (value drivers & KPI, budget / FC variances, completion rate, etc.).
- You support by providing in-depth financial analysis at the corporate level and serve as a key interface to FRA and Investor Relations.
- You collaborate with Finance Business Partner organizations to develop ambitious yet achievable plans aligned with strategy, supported by clear actions and assumptions.
- You identify measures to improve process efficiency in controlling-related global business processes.
- You manage our Financial Reporting team and participate in projects and initiatives.
What you have to offer :
- Master’s degree in business, accounting, controlling, or an equivalent subject.
- Experience in finance management within the Pharma / Biotech sector.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and business planning.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex situations and communicate clearly to senior leaders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with high energy levels.
- High learning agility, capacity to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, maintaining quality and compliance under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
