Together with your team, you will own the reporting process as an interface between Accounting / External Financial Reporting and Global Finance Business Partners within the corporate R2R process.

  1. You are accountable for the fulfillment and coordination of all regular BPA management / internal reporting tasks and ensure all relevant reports to internal and external stakeholders are available on time and of the right quality.
  2. You will coordinate selected global month-end closing processes, such as accruals, and lead the monthly business review process to drive performance and identify risks.
  3. You review steering information, analyze causes and effects, and derive decision needs (value drivers & KPI, budget / FC variances, completion rate, etc.).
  4. You support by providing in-depth financial analysis at the corporate level and serve as a key interface to FRA and Investor Relations.
  5. You collaborate with Finance Business Partner organizations to develop ambitious yet achievable plans aligned with strategy, supported by clear actions and assumptions.
  6. You identify measures to improve process efficiency in controlling-related global business processes.
  7. You manage our Financial Reporting team and participate in projects and initiatives.
What you have to offer :
  1. Master’s degree in business, accounting, controlling, or an equivalent subject.
  2. Experience in finance management within the Pharma / Biotech sector.
  3. Proficiency in financial reporting and business planning.
  4. Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand complex situations and communicate clearly to senior leaders.
  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with high energy levels.
  6. High learning agility, capacity to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, maintaining quality and compliance under pressure.
  7. Fluency in English.
