Your role

We seek a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our business development team, driving revenue by identifying and nurturing potential clients. The ideal candidate has outbound sales experience and excels at engaging clients. The SDR will be key in early sales stages, establishing the foundation for successful relationships.

Your main task:

  • Generate pipeline: Create a lead generation machine via outbound channels (e.g., cold LinkedIn messages, emails, calls) and execute activities to fill our calendar with qualified demo calls. You will work with teammates to support these activities.
Your profile
  • Outbound and client-facing experience: Enjoy reaching out and engaging with prospects eager to learn about our offerings.
  • Excellent communication skills: Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, handle rejection positively.
  • Collaborative spirit: Excited to work with multiple teams, from founders to product.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles (sales, account management, customer success, partnerships)
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools
  • Interest in technology, AI, and LLMs (with support)
  • Fluent in English and another European language (preferably German or French)
  • Strong presentation skills, experienced in public speaking
Nice-to-haves
  • Startup or tech experience
  • Additional European language proficiency
  • Expertise in supply chain ESG, ESG auditing, compliance, or asset management
