Responsibilities:

Strategic sourcing of APIs
Defining and developing global procurement strategies
Managing supplier relationships throughout their lifecycle
Conducting market analysis, supplier selection, and risk management
Negotiating contracts and managing costs
Supporting the development of a centralized purchasing organization

Qualifications:

Business or engineering degree
Several years of experience in international strategic procurement, ideally in pharmaceuticals
Experience in API is preferred
Experience in both operational and strategic purchasing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Team player with a solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluency in German and English
