Partnering directly with the Senior Supply Chain Manager, your focus will be on sales coordination, supply chain project development and NetSuite support.

What you will do

• Coordinate B2B sales orders for the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Develop and manage supply chain projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, system automation, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Provide support for NetSuite-related projects within other supply chain departments.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and implement best practices across the supply chain.

What you should bring

• Relevant work experience : 1-5 years, with strong order management and data entry skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate with different teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good understanding of supply chain principles, order management process, and best practices for improving efficiency.
• Analytical skills : Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights to optimize operations.
• Language skills : English required; German and French are beneficial (not essential).
