Regional Business Manager (m/w/d) Biosimilar, Hannover

For our client Celltrion, a Biosimilar Market Leader, we are seeking a Regional Business Manager (f/m/d) Oncology.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary contact for oncology-therapeutic physicians and stakeholders, promoting the use of our oncology drugs.
  2. Plan and execute activities targeting specialist groups and support staff within oncology.
  3. Work with the Market Access department to reduce local market barriers.
  4. Provide scientific advice on monoclonal antibodies and other oncology drugs.
  5. Share product experiences with customers and relay feedback to the back office.
  6. Develop and implement engagement formats and projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  7. Present latest data on products and maintain existing customer relationships while acquiring new ones.
  8. Achieve company goals and organize regional events and participation in congresses.
  9. Manage administrative tasks, analyze sales trends, and develop business plans.
  10. Oversee budget, maintain customer data, and monitor competitors.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and utilize IT systems effectively.
Requirements
  1. Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
  2. Established contacts within oncology stakeholders and networks.
  3. Proven success in relevant roles is preferred.
  4. Understanding of treatment, reimbursement, and health economic decision drivers.
  5. Experience in marketing support and project management.
  6. Knowledge of biologicals or biosimilars is desirable.
  7. Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and reliability.
  8. Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel; valid driver’s license (Class B).
