Ethics and Compliance Manager DACH (m/f/d)

40h full-time | Home office possible

If you feel at home in the agency environment, want to champion compliance excellence, and lead impactful initiatives, we invite you to join us as Ethics and Compliance Manager DACH (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in DACH.

Your Responsibilities at dentsu:

1. Coordinate DACH Risk & Compliance Committee activities, following global guidelines for agendas and minutes.
2. Support other departments in new compliance initiatives, coordinate internal control processes, and monitor DI project implementations.
3. Collaborate with senior management, engage with employees regarding internal procedure updates, and address E&C-related questions.
4. Recommend modifications to local policies, procedures, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance with legal, internal, and DACH standards.
5. Manage due diligence processes related to E&C, ensuring their integration into acquisition procedures.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Ethics and Compliance processes and procedures.
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills for internal projects.
3. Knowledge of Risk and Compliance Committee coordination.
4. Familiarity with internal audit and control processes.
5. Ability to adapt and manage procedures for internal reporting and whistleblower protection.
6. Fluent in German and English.
