We are seeking a passionate People Business Partner to oversee HR operations in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria (currently around 60 FTE and growing). Based in Cologne, you will build strong relationships with local leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to set local people strategies aligned with our mission and culture. You will drive engagement initiatives, enhance collaboration, and establish a framework for sustainable growth, requiring a hands-on approach, proactive mindset, and ability to navigate change.
You will be the local point of contact for our German, Swiss, and Austrian teams, working closely with the wider People team based mainly in the Netherlands, which includes People Business Partnering, Payroll, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition. Our team currently comprises a Lead and two other Business Partners.

You should have solid HR experience enabling you to consult on HR topics and organizational changes across all levels and backgrounds.
