For our client, a globally operating medium-sized Tier 1 supplier in the interior sector, we are seeking in the Stuttgart area a permanent Advanced Quality Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Electronics/Electrical.

Responsibilities

1. Develop testing plans for assemblies including lighting systems
2. Coordinate and perform customer sample testing
3. Manage and fulfill PMS (Program Management System) deliverables within the project
4. Create production control plans for pre-series
5. Define series-related inspections in manufacturing
6. Conduct internal process audits within the project and support customer audits
7. Assist in managing special characteristics in collaboration with development and manufacturing departments

Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (B.Eng.) or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in the electrical/electronic environment as well as in quality planning or development in the automotive industry
• Strong general technical understanding (especially manufacturing processes and materials)
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and team spirit
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel is required
• Valid Class B driver's license
