Job Requirements
  • Studies in Computer Science, IT, or prior experience in a related technical field
  • English fluency is required (written and spoken) – German is a plus
  • Passion for IT infrastructure and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Eagerness to learn or hands-on experience with some of the following:
    • Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)
    • Ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
Job Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and manage operating systems, hardware, and software
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to internal users onsite and remotely
  • Handle user and asset management tasks (onboarding/offboarding, inventory)
  • Assist with documentation and automation of recurring tasks
  • Take ownership of IT tickets and ensure timely resolution
