Your profile:
You have experience in sales, account management, or consulting of SaaS solutions in a B2B environment. A background in the SAP field is advantageous.
A consultative approach comes naturally to you. You understand the challenges and needs of your clients and can support them in finding optimal solutions—whether through software solutions or consulting services.
Negotiation skills and proficiency with CRM tools set you apart. You know how to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships and use CRM systems to manage complex sales pipelines effectively.

Your job:
You actively approach potential new customers in the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors and handle incoming inquiries. You guide customers through a consultative sales process and identify the optimal use of our SaaS solutions and cloud consulting services to develop tailored solutions for their specific needs.
Together with our team, you develop and implement sales strategies that are tailored to both our SaaS models and consulting services. You work on building long-term customer relationships that create value for both parties.
Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships is central to your role. You develop a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of our key customers, enabling you to position our solutions effectively.
You manage the sales pipeline for large and complex deals and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
In close collaboration with our business development, marketing, and product teams, you ensure that our solutions are always aligned with customer requirements and continuously improved.
You are responsible for the entire tender process for complex projects, working closely with internal teams to create precise and competitive proposals that meet our high-quality standards.
Success measurement and reporting are also part of your responsibilities: you regularly report on growth in SaaS and consulting contracts, focusing on KPIs that reflect recurring revenue and long-term customer relationships.
