Position Overview

Senior Account Manager (w/m/d) for the Cooperative Financial Group in the North-West Field Service, based in Heiligenhaus. This role offers full-time or part-time work, primarily remote and nationwide within Germany.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Networking & Consulting: You are responsible for customer acquisition and retention through the development of suitable sales measures.
  2. Product Sales: You sell innovative products and services to our top clients in the financial and banking sectors and act as the main contact for usage optimization.
  3. Market & Customer Insights: You identify market trends, customer needs, and innovation potentials to further develop existing solutions.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Support in meeting regulatory requirements such as KWG, GwG, MaRisk, etc.
  5. Representation: Represent Schufa at various trade fairs, events, and conferences.
  6. Work Location: Primarily on-site with clients and in mobile work settings.
Your Profile
  1. Completed degree in economics or commercial training with relevant further education.
  2. Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in financial services sales.
  3. Experience in project management and selling complex solutions.
  4. Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry, preferably within the Cooperative Financial Group.
  5. Experience organizing and executing customer projects.
  6. High intrinsic motivation, solution orientation, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to identify sales opportunities.
  8. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in common communication tools and channels.
