Are you a passionate Preclinical Scientist looking to work on cutting-edge drug development programs across multiple therapeutic areas?

We’re currently partnered with a growing start-up biotech seeking a talented Preclinical Scientist to join their dynamic R&D team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of in vitro and in vivo studies that drive early-stage drug discovery forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and executing in vitro/in vivo pharmacology studies

Developing and optimizing assays to support target validation and preclinical efficacy

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across biology, pharmacology, and regulatory

Interpreting data, writing reports, and supporting IND-enabling activities

Managing external partners and CRO relationships where needed

Role requirements:

PhD in pharmacology, biology, or a related discipline

Hands-on experience in preclinical research (industry or academic)

Strong background in animal models and/or in vitro assay development

Familiarity with GLP and regulatory documentation is a plus

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
