Job Description:

Whether articulated truck, Euro and mega trailer or standard truck - as a member of our team, you organize the safe and punctual delivery of partial and full loads. You are also the competent contact person for our customers for hazardous goods, general cargo or direct loads.

In cooperation with other medium-sized forwarding and logistics companies, you will offer a comprehensive service for the procurement and distribution of our customers' goods.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for planning the pre- and post-carriage of regional transport with touring and carrier vehicles
• You will be responsible for monitoring the vehicle fleet and additional vehicles
• You will handle order entry and invoicing
• You will maintain and analyze tours and key figures
• You will communicate with customers, drivers, contractors, and interfaces
• You have ideas for optimizing operational processes

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your training in freight forwarding and logistics services or a comparable training
• You have sound experience in dispatching
• You possess knowledge of legal regulations on driving times, dangerous goods, load securing, and good local knowledge
• You have a strong awareness of quality and costs, are assertive, able to make decisions, and work well in a team
• You are comfortable with shift work (03:00 - 10:30 / 10:00 - 18:00) and speak fluent German and good English
